My blackberry is not updating emails
You can set up email on your Black Berry device using a POP3 or IMAP4 connection to your account.
This means you will only be able to sync email on your device.
Be sure that you've entered the exact settings for each email account you want to access.
The instructions are different depending on the type of email account you're trying to set up.
Set up corporate BES email (enterprise activation).
If your Exchange account still doesn't work, contact your corporate IT department for more help.
If you're using Black Berry 10, set up your account using Exchange Active Sync.
Exchange Active Sync lets you synchronize email, calendar, contacts, tasks, and memos with your account.
Click "Save" to apply any new settings and to initiate the manual sync.Select "Accounts" and tap the account you'd like to manage.Enable additional synchronization settings if they're not configured appropriately and tap "Save" to complete the manual sync.Adding Accounts to the Black Berry Hub application: The Black Berry Hub application will allow you to manage your accounts, send/receive email, view SMS notifications (launching your default SMS application to respond), BBM notifications (launching BBM to interact), Call logs, and Social Networking notifications.
If this is the first time using the application, it will ask if you would like to use the Gmail account that was first used during the setup wizard, or another email account of your choice.
When you're done, connect your Black Berry using a USB cable and select "Device" and then "Back Up" from the main menu.
